Located at the bridge end of Valentia Island, The Skellig Experience Visitor Centre features exhibits on the monks of Skellig Michael, local wildlife, and the island’s lighthouse history. The on-site café serves freshly prepared food and light bites.
A number of Skellig Boat Operators operate from the Skellig Experience – be sure to enquire about a cruise to land or circumnavigate the islands. If sea conditions aren’t suitable to go around the Skellig there’s often the option of a 90-minute mini-cruise in the harbour and channel.
