Our home is modern, cosy, warm and welcoming with stunning views all around. On a clear day, you can even see the Blasket Islands off the coast of the Dingle Peninsula. Nestled to the rear of Valentia Island near St. Brendan’s Well, legend has it that St. Brendan sailed here from Dingle and scaled the cliffs where he found a couple of dying pagans and anointed them, the first Catholic converts on the Island.

Breathtaking scenery and walks surround you. Our B&B is in an ideal location set between Bray Head Tower and Geokaun Mountain, just a stone’s throw away from Portmagee – the main departure point for boats travelling to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Skellig Michael.

Cuas a’ Gamhna offers its guests both a serene and secluded home to unwind and relax while being conveniently located near all that Valentia has to offer – the perfect jump-off point for your holiday.

Please note the nearest ATM is in Cahersiveen, located a 30-minute drive from our home. Please make sure to bring cash for any extras you need.
